Briefly about Death Note Manga:

It’s a good manga. And I’ll go further by saying that this manga really is a hit…. publication in the weekly magazine started in February 2004 and ended in October 2006. But to this day there is still a lot of talk about this manga. I’ve seen about a hundred different manga so far, of which I’ve chosen to read about 60. And “Death Note” I can safely call one of the best manga I’ve chosen and of any manga in existence.

The plot is a good 10/10. Who really knows manga will understand why.

Characters – 10/10. What would not say but the characters are worked out wonderfully. The fact that such geniuses as L do not exist is not confirmed and moreover…almost refuted. The world is full of geniuses as an example take historical personalities – Tesla Nicola, Leonardo da Vinci, Albert Einstein etc.

Drawing – 9/10. The drawings were done with a high level of creativity. You can verify this by looking at the drawing in Sun-Ken Rock. However, the quality of the pictures in DeathNote has been well documented and meets the standards required. I’ll give it a 9/10, which is a high rating.

The ending of the manga is 10/10 Rare these days. There’s a ton of shoddy work in the manga world these days–the mistakes of the manga industry. Most of the stories have horrible endings–too condensed, incomprehensible, cut off. The duration is a pretty short manga…relative to InuYasha, Naruto, One Piece. Everything is learned by comparison. It’s not long, but it’s not short either. Just in time, so to speak. If the authors would have stretched the storyline, the quality would have fallen. And as I said – all things considered in comparison…so you can safely consider DeathNote as a reference point. The bar set by this manga is the approximate level needed for any manga.
