Attack On Titan

Attack On Titan shortly: humanity’s struggle against the titans. Titans appeared 100 years ago. Huge humanoid creatures without reason or speech simply devoured humans and no one knew how to fight them. Humans could neither kill them nor starve them to death. Ordinary nineteenth-century weapons were powerless. Most of the living creatures fell under the onslaught of the huge monsters… The survivors fenced themselves off from the titans with a huge wall the titans couldn’t pass through. Since then, people lived happily  in a space confined by walls.
In small cozy cities they traveled, worked, enjoyed life. But during the time of quiet life people lost their vigilance. And suddenly the attacks resumed. Even the walls did not save them, the titans destroyed the fortifications.  Cities destroyed, famine, devastation, looting. But people are once again looking for ways to fight the monsters.Once, people  saved with the help of a joke book.  Upon hearing the funny story, the titans laughed so hard they burst out laughing.

The focus of the manga is the story of three teenagers.  Eren, Armin and Mikasa have been friends since they were kids. Monsters destroyed their town, their homes, killed their families. They swore that they would fight the titans and destroy them so people could live in peace and safety. But to do so, they have a long way to go, overcoming many obstacles, as the titans are capable of being reborn. Some die, new ones appear.
